Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CompassED Consulting, services are personalized and time is reserved specifically for each student and family. Please review the following refund and cancellation policy carefully.
Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees and one-time advising sessions are non-refundable once the meeting or service has taken place.
Package Services
For multi-session or long-term planning packages, payments reserve ongoing advising time, planning support, and individualized services.

Refund requests made prior to the first scheduled meeting may be considered for a full or partial refund.

Once services have begun, refunds are generally not provided for completed meetings, planning work, or services already delivered.

Any partial refunds for unused future services are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Plans
For payment plans or installment agreements, families remain responsible for payments associated with services already provided.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with little notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
Exceptional Circumstances
CompassED Consulting understands that unexpected situations may arise. Requests related to exceptional circumstances will always be reviewed with care and consideration.
