The Compass Partnership

The Compass Partnership is a comprehensive, long-term college planning partnership designed for families who want consistent, thoughtful guidance throughout high school. Rather than approaching college planning as a last-minute process, this partnership supports students year by year—building skills early, making strategic decisions later, and reducing stress during the application years.

What's Included

  • Comprehensive intake and goal-setting meeting to establish a clear, long-term plan

  • Personalized one-on-one student meetings throughout high school, with increasing frequency and focus each year

  • Strategic academic and course planning, including guidance on Dual Credit, AP, and academic pathways aligned with post-secondary goals

  • Extracurricular planning, leadership development, and meaningful involvement guidance

  • Career and major exploration to support informed decision-making

  • Résumé and activities list development and refinement

  • Standardized testing strategy and planning (PSAT/SAT/ACT)

  • Thoughtful college fit assessment and development of a balanced, personalized college list

  • Application timeline creation and ongoing project management to keep students on track

  • College essay brainstorming, drafting, and comprehensive review

  • Financial aid overview, scholarship strategy, and award letter guidance

  • Final application review and support through the college decision process

  • Collegiate athletic advising (NCAA/NAIA), when applicable

  • Parent communication and check-ins as needed

  • Unlimited email support during business hours

  • Responses provided within 1–2 business days

  • Meetings scheduled in advance to ensure thoughtful preparation and follow-through

  • Up to 12 one-on-one meetings per year, with increased flexibility and support during junior and senior year.

Pay in full at contract start (5% courtesy discount)
Two-payment plan: 50% at enrollment, 50% mid-year
